Thank you for the recent open day and engagement with multi-faith communities at Swinburne University, Hawthorn Campus.
The day was excellent, with gracious welcome and excellent food. One would also congratulate the speakers and we readily acknowledge the passion and professionalism of the musicians. I gained much insight from members of the Sikh faith community engaging with me.

Hello Sikh Interfaith Council of Victoria,
I want to thank you for presenting an Interfaith Forum on Freedom of Religion on Saturday.
I found so much to be grateful for as people from various cultural heritages with their religious traditions were so gracefully interconnecting with each other with a shared recognition of our common humanity.
The Sikh Interfaith Council of Victoria must be applauded for organising this Interfaith Forum in a wonderful 550th birth anniversary of your founder Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
Swinburne University also must be applauded for allowing our various cultures in our common humanity to be recognised and celebrated in this event.
I found so much happened much too quickly.
Beautiful food at the beginning. Beautiful music at the end. And in between, good human beings standing to appreciate the good in human beings.
I hope this event is not a singular event. I hope this event, or something similar, celebrating interfaith relations, will feature regularly at Swinburne.
In my view, a healthy democracy needs to have members of its various participant communities in engagement with each other, to have dialogues about each other's cultures with each other's cultural members, to move with each other into various thriveable engagements with interconnecting actions that shift all of us, in Australia and on our planet, from our divisive polarities into humanity's latent, partially actualised, orchestral integrity.
Heartfelt thanks to the Sikh Interfaith Council of Victoria, Swinburne University, and all participants for a wonderful celebration of our common humanity.
Be Well,
Transforming Out of Our Climate Emergency into Integrative Thriveability
